To bulk you need an excess of calories per day, and you need to train each muscle group to failure once a week and ensure you get lots of rest and sleep in-between. When it comes to food, you can choose anything from our menu, on average our meals contain 500 calories, we would recommend starting with 6 meals a day to bulk.
